Poteca Recipes
This bread roll was popular when my father was growing up in Euclid Ohio. When I was a teenager he managed to get the recipe from someone and every once in a while he would make the bread. I remember it being delicious and also difficult to make. I was a nice site to see my father working in the kitchen.
