James F. Gerbic

James youngest son of Frank John, married to Maryann

Children: James, Sgt. Robert Gerbic and Steven

    I first met James on my last day in Cleveland, all the cousins had gathered at Almira's apartment to meet me and hear what all I had learned.  If there had been any doubts about finding my father's family, they were wiped out when I saw James sitting on the couch.  It never occurred that I would meet up with a look-alike, but here was a man so resembling my Father, dead 11 years, that it sent chills up my spine.  I have sense met up with James and his wonderful wife Mary Ann, they have been very generous with the stories and pictures.  I have met two of their sons and all their grandchildren.  One son, Bob sent me pictures and a book on Cleveland's disastrous history, Maniac in the Bushes.   James and his bride Mary Ann are very active and love to travel.  This Christmas I received a picture of them in Hawaii.
